Announcement Current Login and Automatic Kick Out Problem

    Hi there dear friends

    Your Moderator Team is well aware of the problem that is affecting many of our players. The problem is that when players log into and start playing they are automatically logged off by the system with or without a pop up window saying about 'Authentication Failure'.

    The issue has been reported to the Tech Team and we are waiting for some news from them about a fix for us. On a daily basis we are asking the Tech Team, through our International Community Manager and our Game Community Manager, to fix the problem. We cannot do anything more than that.

    All we can do is ask you to do the following:
    • Try using a different Browser when you log into your game and make sure that you have the Flash Player plugin enabled to the browser each time.
    • Try resetting your password, which you can do by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link just beneath the Username and Password boxes on your login page
    This might help resolve your problem but we cannot guarantee that it will.

    Keep logging in to your Zoo and play as best you can while we wait for the fix and make the most of the 14 days of Assistants that the Bonus Code has given us. (Remember that your little animals are already worried that their Zoo Directors will become poorly with Coronavirus :oops:, so they need lots of cuddles from you (hug).)

    There is no need to keep telling us here in the Forum or writing to the Support Team, that you are experiencing this problem. We will only answer you by referring you to this thread.

    Of course, please do continue to write to us here in the forum, or to Support, if you have problems or questions not related to this particular issue.

    Thank you all for your kind patience and understanding while we wait for the fix to happen.

    Hello again everyone

    Those of you who were affected by this pesky bug will have noticed that our Tech Team managed to apply the fix yesterday (Monday). So all should be working for you now.

    Please do accept my apologies on behalf of the Team for the frustration and inconvenience it caused you.

    As always, though, our wonderful, friendly players showed remarkable patience while waiting for the fix to go through.
