    Hello Zoo Directors

An 'official discussion' is posted here in this area of the forum by one of the Team, and is entitled 'Official Discussion-.......'.

The idea of these 'official discussions' is to leave your feedback comments, whether positive or negative regarding the event or update to which it relates. Your feedback is very important to us and is always passed on to the ZooMumba Community Manager and the Development Team.

Please always be respectful when leaving your feedback - yes! even negative feedback can be left in a friendly and respectful manner.

Kindly always stay on topic and do not use these threads to chit chat to your friends off topic, or use these threads as an area to complain about having to write in English in the forum. Discussion, announcement, congratulations on new animal acquisitions, resulting babies etc is always welcome as long as this refers to the particular discussion topic.

    • If you wish to make complaints about the loss of a language forum or having to communicate here in English, please contact your own language Support Team. This can be done by clicking on the support link button at the bottom of your zoo game page.
    • If you wish to just chat to your friends, old and new, about other things not mentioned in the title, there is a specific area of the forum to do this - it is the Users' Corner/Speakers' Corner.
You are welcome, of course, to open up your own discussion thread regarding anything to do with the game, for instance, make suggestions as to how things work for you or hints on getting better results. You may also open a discussion thread about non zoo related things, as long as it is opened in the users' corner. Do remember that these threads must adhere to forum rules at all times - and, of course must be written in English. These threads are open for anyone to participate in - it is not a good idea to entitle a thread that includes the words "for your country's players....." - meaning that you want only friends/players from your own country to post in your thread. This will create a 'them and us' scenario which we want to avoid.

Your cooperation is appreciated, thank you.

    Kind regards
    Your ZooMumba Team
